Winter Holiday Clubs
It’s About Me is running FREE activity clubs across Derbyshire for children aged 4-16 who are eligible for benefits-related free school meals. Clubs will run for 4 days during the weeks Monday 19th to Friday 23rd December, Wednesday 28th to Friday 30th December and Tuesday 3rd to Friday 6th January 2023 . Each child is eligible to attend a maximum of 4 sessions during the winter school holidays.
Activities include sports and games, arts and crafts, cookery, dance and music. Programmes will vary depending on the type and location of each local club, but every day there will be a nutritious meal served up for free!
You will be able to book winter holiday clubs from Wednesday 1st December 2022 via the website https://itsaboutmederbyshire.co.uk/ The website will be updated regularly as new providers are confirmed so if you can’t find a suitable holiday club straight away, check back regularly.
We hope that you will take advantage of this great opportunity so that your child/ren can have a winter of fun with their friends - and be fit and ready to return to school in the new year!

Join Chesterfield FC Community Trust for a tour of the Technique Stadium, home of Chesterfield Football Club.
Get an inside view of this old-established football club (founded 1866) and the workings of the Technique Stadium, the Club's home since being built in 2010.

Band Concerts @ Queen's Park 2-4pm
Enjoy a sunny Sunday afternoon in Queen's Park as it plays host to a variety of band concerts. Bring your own chair or blanket to sit on and why not bring a picnic too? Please note that concerts will only take place, weather permitting.
