We had some fabulous speeches from children wanting to be considered as our representative on the School Council. The standard was incredibly high and the voting was close, but the class chose Ronnie Fallon as their councillor. Well done Ronnie!
We looked at the number of miles that our food travelled before it arrived in the shops. We mapped these on a world map and calculated the mileage. We discussed the pros and cons of being able to get our food from so many places.
