Key Stage 2 Triathlon

On Thursday 28th September, 70 children from Key Stage 2 took part in a Triathlon event held in Derby. The event was organised by the Brownlee Brother Foundation. Johnny and Alastair were there on the day to cheer us on. 

 

We swam 30m in the pool, cycled 800m and ran 400m. The transition from the pool to the bikes was different as when we got out the pool we had to change straight into our running gear - no drying with a towel!! 

 

All the children successfully completed the course with BIG smiles all round.
