We have been practising our Brain Break. We focus on our breath and it helps us be calm and ready to work. We love our Brain Breaks!

We have been thinking about being mindful and unmindful. We know that mindful means thinking before doing or saying anything, and being ‘present’ in a moment. We need to breathe and think about what we hear, see and feel. When we are unmindful, we act or speak without thinking first. When this happens, we sometimes make poor choices.



We role played some situations where someone might be unmindful, and then role played being more mindful.



Then we made a comic strip about what we learnt.
