Lesson 1 - Fairy Tale Fitness 

Some of you may have had a go at acting out some fairy tale moves using the cards in your pack last week. 

Use the cards below and the video to develop your ideas further. 

Fairy Tale Fitness with "Mr. Melissa"

Directions: Follow along to these fun fitness poses inspired by traditional fairy tale characters.
Shuffle the cards, then draw. Complete the task printed on the card.
Complete 10 repeats or 10 seconds of the twenty different exercises. Get your whole family involved and feel free to create your own.
