Summer Holiday Diary
Hi!
I really hope everyone has had a good summer holidays. I can't believe how quickly the last five weeks have gone but am really looking forward to seeing everyone very soon. I thought it would be good to check in with everyone, before welcoming you in to Year 3 on Friday.
We have had a really lovely summer. We have spent lots of time at the park and in the garden. The nice weather has helped us to spend lots of time outside. We have learned how to prune roses and have built a new patio area, which is a perfect spot for sitting and reading a book.
As well as this, we managed to get a few days away camping in Norfolk. We spent long days on the beach building sandcastles and playing in the sea. Jess, our dog, loved jumping in the waves and nuzzling her nose in to the sand! She was very sad to come home.
