9:50 | Maths LO Dividing decimal numbers by 10, 100, 1000 Today we are using place value to help us to divide decimals by 10, 100 and 1000. I have put a place value chart on the page to help you. Remember when we divide by 10, each digit becomes 10 times smaller and moves 1 place to the right. The decimal point is always fixed. You can watch the video here.

10: 40 | English LO: To use images to make comparisons and predictions.
Today we will be using the images from the book to compare the journeys that the characters make through landscapes of Morocco and Australia. We will make comparisons between the 2 countries. We will begin to infer about where they might be going and find reasons for why we think that.

1pm | Spanish – In Spanish we have been learning to say the parts of the body. This week we are going to practice using what we know to write sentences about strange animals. Use the vocabulary sheet to describe the animals. You will also need rabbit – el conejo, and butterfly – la mariposa
You could have a go at drawing your own strange animal and then describing and naming it.

2: 40 – 3:15 | Computing Choose an activity on Purple Mash. You could finish your games from last week or continue with the coding activities OR If you have had enough screen time for one day you could read a book for twenty minutes, do some exercise or listen to music.
