Update from Mrs Coles
Hi everyone!
It has been a quiet and slow week in the Coles household. Although Peach the puppy has been keeping us busy..... we are trying to train her not to bite and to go to the toilet in the garden ๐ณ
Huge thank you to Scarlett, who sent me some instructions about how to look after a dog.... they are very helpful!
We took Peach to the vet for her injection, so next week we can take her out for walkies .... we are all excited about that. ๐ถ
We have been on bikes rides ๐ฒ, played in the garden and rediscovered our Thomas and Friends train track ๐.
We sorted our trains by colour...
And our mini trains... we wanted to know how many we had. We sorted them into ten frame patterns. Can you see? Do you know how many minis we have? Can you count them? Did you count in tens or ones ?
I loved seeing all your Spider related photos and hearing about the facts you have learnt. Did you watch Charlotte’s Web? ๐ธ We did and really enjoyed it.
I also loved hearing from lots more of you this week. I’ve spoken to some of you on the telephone ๐ and loved hearing your voices.... it made me really happy! You said that you like looking at the photographs of your friends on the website, so please keep sending them to me so I can share.
Sending lots of love, Mrs Coles xxx
Hello from Mrs Hayward
Hi everyone, have you all had a good week? This week we have carried on learning about minibeasts ๐ ๐ ๐ท, my little boy was interested to see what different bugs came out when it started to rain. He’s also been pleased to see that his plants and vegetables have grown a lot since it rained.
This week on one of our daily walks we could hear sheep so we investigated and found a field with some lambs ๐, we were so excited, we stood and watched them for a while. I also spotted so many beautiful wild flowers growing ๐ผ๐ธ, it made me happy on a grey cloudy day.
One day when it had been raining we wanted to play outside so we got out the chalks and drew a hopscotch on our drive. It was good fun and good exercise!
This weekend the weather has been much nicer and Mr Hayward was home so we went on two long walks, doing our favourite thing - exploring! We discovered some beautiful views, a great bridge for pooh sticks and made a crown out of leaves and twigs (just like we do on Forest Friday)
I’m looking forward to hearing about all the things you’ve been doing this week and to seeing your smiling faces!
Miss you all,
Lots of love,
Mrs Hayward xx
Update from Mrs Sykes
Hello everyone I hope you have had a lovely week I have really enjoyed seeing your pictures so please keep sending me them ๐ค. This week we have been enjoying our daily walks in the woods near our home. We found some signs that had been made which said ‘stay safe’, it really made us smile ๐. We also saw lots of beautiful flowers ๐ผ๐ธand found some interesting things which had been made in the woods. We saw a wooden structure that had been made by placing lots of wood up against a tree it looked like a wooden teepee. We thought it was very clever. Lucy has been enjoying exploring in the woods and we found some fallen tree trunks which she had a go at walking along.
I can’t wait to hear what you have been up to and I am looking forward to seeing your pictures.
Lots of love
Mrs Sykes xxx
