šŸž This week our focus is on Ladybirds šŸž 

Please find below some suggested learning activities to focus on this week. These are only suggestions and there is no expectation for you to complete the tasks..... your happiness and wellbeing is the most important thing to us....but we do recommend lots of play, play, play 😃!

What the Ladybird Heard by Julia Donaldson

Can you retell the story? You could draw pictures, use farm toys or make your own stick puppets to act it out. 

 

What’s your favourite part? Can you draw a picture and write a sentence or label it? This is my little boys favourite part.

On the White Rose Maths website you can find ideas and activities that you could try at home which link to the story ‘What the Ladybird Heard’. You can do these activities without having the book at home. Here are some pictures to give you an idea of some of the activities.
