Hello 👋🏻 my friends! What have you all been doing this week? We’ve had a quieter week this week. We’ve been doing some school work, he’s been learning about farms. We’ve played some games, done a few puzzles 🧩 and enjoyed reading books 📚 together (have you seen the Story Time folder on the the main Reception page? We’ve read some of our favourite stories for you)
On Friday we had a cinema 🎥 🎞 night. We had really wanted to go before the cinemas closed so as a treat we made a cinema at home. We made a poster and tickets 🎫 and my little boy served us our snacks 🍿🥤 before we sat down to watch the film. We all really enjoyed it 👨👩👦
This weekend there was some real excitement in our house - a lost tooth 🦷! He was so excited for the tooth fairy to come and this morning when he woke up he found a coin under his pillow!
I’ve spoken to a couple more of you on the phone 📞 this week, it was great to hear how happy you are and how much fun you are having. If you’d like a phone call, ask your adult to email 📧 me and we can arrange it.
Miss you all.
Lots of love,
Mrs Hayward xxx
Update from Mrs Sykes
Hello everyone I hope you have all had a good week. I am missing you all! We have been enjoying going on our walks and one day we saw a lovely sign written on a piece of stone in someone’s garden. It was a lovely message that made us smile 😊. Lucy has been doing lots of colouring this week and we took some paints outside for her to explore with. She had fun mixing the colours up with the paint brush 🎨. She has also enjoyed making sounds with her keyboard and exploring how to use the
microphone on it 🎹.
I love getting your emails and keeping in touch so keep sending me your pictures so I can see what you have all been up to 🤗.
Missing you all
Lots of love

Hi everyone! It was great to hear from lots more of you this week and I loved seeing all your photographs with all the things you have been doing. I spoke to Mrs Pendleton and she misses you all and sends her love.
We have continued to enjoy the weather and tried to spend as much time outside and in the garden... we love playing Swing Ball 🎾
We have done some of the boys school work but have also been building lots of models with Lego and K Nex ..... Peach even went for a ride in the boys Underminer Tunneller (from the Incredibles film) which they made from a big cardboard box.
I am really missing all of you and being together at school having fun. I hope you are all happy and safe. Please keep emailing me and if you would like another phone call then let me know by email.
lots of love, Mrs Coles x
