On Wednesday 6th February, Miss Gleadall, Miss Thring and Mrs Smith accompanied 29 intrepid adventurers to the Whitehall centre, Buxton for three action packed days of challenges. We had a fantastic time and the children (as always) were an absolute credit to the school. We’d like to share some of our memories with you here. Look out for more on display outside the staff room soon. Remember to ask us about it too- especially if you are considering going next year- as we’d love to tell you our personal stories!
Arrived and unloading ready for new experiences.
It was important to be appropriately equipped...
and attired at all times.
The blizzard didn’t stop us.
We just wrapped up warm and carried on.
We supported each other through every challenge
...through tight holes
to new heights...
into the darkness...
even over the edge.
It was a long was down, wasn’t it Mrs Smith?
Time to head back to the centre and
have a game of pool or
table football or just relax.
In the evening, we were set more special missions
The victorious were rewarded with merchandise...
but everyone got cocoa and biscuits
and more time with friends, old and new.
Bye! Thanks for looking at our adventures.
More fun at Whitehall!
